Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your interactions with Gettysburg Trading Post, a licensed Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) located at 2222 York Rd., Gettysburg, PA 17325. By purchasing from us or using our website (https://gettysburgtradingpost.com), you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

  • You must be 21 or older to purchase firearms or ammunition, per federal law (27 CFR § 478.99).

  • You must not be a prohibited person under the Gun Control Act (e.g., felons, domestic violence offenders, or controlled substance users).

  • All transactions comply with federal, Pennsylvania, and local laws.

Firearms Transactions

  • All firearms sales require a completed ATF Form 4473 and a NICS background check, conducted at our premises or by a receiving FFL for shipped firearms.

  • We maintain A&D records for all firearms acquisitions and dispositions, per 27 CFR § 478.125.

  • Sales of two or more handguns within five business days to the same person are reported to the ATF on Form 3310.4, per 27 CFR § 478.126a.

Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are listed on our website or in-store and exclude taxes or transfer fees.

  • Payments are accepted via credit card, check, or money order. We do not accept cash for online orders.

  • Local FFL transfer fees, if applicable, are your responsibility and vary by dealer.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting us at (717) 334-3979 or info@gettysburgtradingpost.com.

  • Canceled orders incur a 10% restocking fee if processing has begun.

Compliance with Laws

  • You are responsible for ensuring firearms and ammunition are legal in your jurisdiction.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone suspected of violating federal or state laws.

Limitation of Liability

Gettysburg Trading Post is not liable for damages arising from the misuse of firearms or errors in shipping due to incorrect information provided by you.
